- To delete existing data within Beckon, go to "Operate", under "Data Management", select "Delete".
- The "Saved" tab shows a list of all delete queries that exist currently.
- You can delete data by re-using an existing delete query. Do this by clicking on the
button for the desired query. Note that doing so will delete the corresponding data permanently.
- The "Executed" tab shows a list of all delete queries that have been completed.
- If a "Saved" delete query that you need does not exist, you can create a new one.
- To create a new delete query, click on "Create New Delete Query" on the top right corner of the page.
- Create the delete query by selecting dimensions, metrics and the time period of the data that is to be deleted.
- Click "Delete Data" to execute the delete query. Note that doing so will delete the corresponding data permanently.
- Click "Save Query" to save your delete query, give your query a name and (optional) description. A saved delete query can be used repeatedly to delete data.
- A "Saved" delete query can also be invoked via Beckon's API.
