Things you can add to a dashboard:
- Section Break Card
- Text Card
- Chart Card
- Media Card
- Embed Card
- Dashboard Filters
The title and description of the dashboard can be added at the top of the dashboard by clicking on the text and once the cursor appears with the yellow highlight, you can edit the title and description of the dashboard.
2) Section Break Card
The section break card allows you to group cards and expand or collapse them while viewing the card, and moving that section break card will also move all of the cards nested inside of it. See here to learn more about creating a section break card.
3) Text Card
The text card allows you to insert formatted text into a card to allow notes and explanations alongside the other media.
4) Chart Card
A chart card can be adding by clicking the button in the dashboard toolbar or by creating a chart in answers and saving to a dashboard. The chart in your dashboard will show the most recent data related to the query you selected. The charts will also respond to filter changes. See here to learn more about creating and optimizing chart cards.
5) Media Card
This card type allows you to upload up to 50 images or videos into one card. Those images/videos will show up as a gallery when viewing the dashboard. You can also add filters to each image or video so that when you apply filters through your dashboard, the images/videos get filtered as well. See here to learn more about adding media cards.
6) Embed Card
This card allows you to embed widgets like twitter streams and google trends into your dashboards. To create one, click this button (attach image here), copy and paste from the embed option of whatever item you are embedding and save. See here to learn more about adding embeds to your dashboards.
7) Dashboard Filters
Dashboard filters can be added at the top toolbar and used to filter down the data in charts and media cards based on your filter selections. See here to learn more about how to use dashboard filters.
